This Cava is Bio Organic and the grapes come from selected vineyards in Alt Penedès, where the Mediterranean climate and hillside vineyards create ideal conditions for quality sparkling wines.
Production method
The grapes are harvested partly by hand and partly mechanically. The wine is produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. After this fermentation, the wine ages for 12–14 months on the lees, giving it extra complexity and a refined mousse.
